Saltire Taverns is an Edinburgh-based pubs and boutique hotel group. Saltire currently own Le Monde in Edinburgh, two Frankenstein's in Glasgow and Edinburgh, plus the Golf Tavern in Edinburgh and the Illicit Still in Aberdeen.

Totalize have carried out design and multimedia production for Saltire for three years. Here’s a quote from their MD on one promotion developed for their £12million pound hotel, Le Monde, and its nightclub Shanghai:

"Can I just thank you for generating one of the best promotions I have seen in on trade. All the materials have been right on style and helped to reinforce Shanghai Club awareness and reputation; Last night's Chinese New Year party was a big success... and I met some target market George Street shop workers who visited the club for the first time on a busy night... all on the back of there being PR in shops with club fortune cookies - which they all thought was so clever. Next year we can get even more drinks brands on board and really own Chinese New Year.
